another dream came true

Yeah!!!!!!! Atlast, my mum and dad will be here for holiday:> Always wanted to bring them here for holiday since i came:> We are going to have so much fun ..also after all the extra dutie for last few weeks, atlast i am going to have my long break too!!!! Is all worth it!!

So, i will have another five more days of duties, they will be arriving on tuesday, my sister is gonna bring them around, by Saturday we will be off to Brussels!!!!!!!!! Hopefully will go to ireland after brussels but will see how..

Really looking forward to it, I has been really lazy in updating my blog, will be worse for the next three weeks, wait till i am back from my holidays, will have lots to update:>

My house keys and locker key, my compac mirror imported from paris:> And vasaline, secret of my sexy lips..lolzz

Tissues and 3-1 milo:> for tea time, keep my day going:>

Wonderful day off, woke up by wati round 6.30am, quickly brushed teeth and changed and went down to meet up with the rest!! yes!! Is dexter's birthday, Bobby, tess and Joel came down from north ( we used to work together in singapore:>), and we went to brighton, portsmouth and atlast, had dinner at dexter's house, is a great day, lots of catching up and bonding with the rest, must have a good gathering nxt time with the rest of the kakis:>

i am a survival

Wow, at last...my long day gone:> And good news is I survived!!

I still cant believed that i manage to pull through the day, must say thank you to all my friends who helps me:>

Spending whole day doing blood gases, giving sodium bicarb, priming filter( I cant believed it, i got to prime three times in a day!!), increase inotrope, new inotrope, more blood gases more sodium bicarb, consulatant constantly asking: why is the pressure drop again? ...sighhh..alast after all the hard work, din make it, RIP..bless him. Oh ya, officially this is my first last office in UK:>

But even though i am busy , i still feel great:> Great satisfaction:> For my personal development:> Infact this whole week has been fulfilling, learned lots of new thing..especially Swangan insertion and wedging:>but i think i had enough for now:> Pleaseeeeeeeeee...give me quiet night:>

I remembered i went to Thailand long ago with Liying, and the tour guide looked at us and pointed at Liying said":" you got money face" Hence will be rich and wealthy.and then he look at me and say:"you got happy face, happy girl.." wah!!!!!!!!

Since then i has been telling people about this story:> and always wonder what makes him say that, ofcourse also think about y am i always happy la?( well, almost always la)

Then i think i know the answer now.. actually i am quite air head..nothing much in my head..maybe thats y i am always a happy girl..lolzzzzzzzz
